(Summary description)On the morning of July 14, Jiangsu Hongqi Seed Industry Co., Ltd. organized a field cultivation technology and quality management training meeting in the meeting room on the first floor of the company, with about 50 participants. At the conference, researcher Xiao Yuecheng explained the key points of conventional japonica rice field cultivation and management techniques, and then the company’s deputy general manager and senior agronomist Tang Shunying conducted technical training for large farmers on the work of breeding and removing impurities. The training session lasted for nearly three Hours, it was a complete success at eleven o'clock noon. The successful convening of this training meeting has improved the management level of field cultivation of agricultural production personnel, strengthened the awareness of seed production quality and safety of large farmers, and made the cooperation relationship between large farmers and Hongqi Seed Industry closer. The long-term breeding work has laid a solid foundation.
