Jiangsu Hongqi Seed Industry Co., Ltd. is a state-owned holding seed enterprise integrating rice, wheat, and corn variety selection, breeding, and seed marketing. It has a hybrid rice seed production base of 20,000 acres and an export base of 5,700 acres. The products are exported to the Philippines. , Vietnam, Pakistan and other Southeast Asian countries. In 2015, it exported more than 800 tons, and in 2016 it exported more than 2,300 tons, with a total export value of 7 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 149.7%.
