(Summary description)On the morning of July, 2016, the signing ceremony of the wheat cooperation agreement between Jiangsu Hongqi Seed Industry Co., Ltd. and the Luohe Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Henan Province was held ceremoniously. Chairman Huang Yinqi, Deputy General Managers Zha Lianqun, Jia Dongsheng and other company leaders of Jiangsu Hongqi Seed Industry Co., Ltd., Zhang Yundong, Dean of Luohe Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Liao Pingan, Director of Wheat Research Institute, and Zhang Hongsheng from Science and Technology Industry Division attended the signing ceremony.
