(Summary description)On September 29th, the annual "Jiangsu Good Variety" rice new variety field observation and appraisal event jointly organized by Jiangsu Seed Management Station and Jiangsu Seed Industry Association was held in Jiangsu Hongqi Seed Industry Co., Ltd. New Variety Experimental Demonstration Base. Nearly 300 people including Weng Weimin, deputy head of the Jiangsu Seed Management Station, other scientific research and breeding units, expert leaders from seed companies, and large farming households in the province participated in the event. There are 20 new rice varieties participating in this observation and comparison, including 14 late-maturing medium japonica varieties and 6 late-sowning new varieties in Huainan. All of them were independently selected and bred by Jiangsu Province or the state and approved by Jiangsu Province or the state. New varieties planted in suitable areas of the province. Three varieties of Jiangsu Hongqi Seed Industry Co., Ltd. participated in the appraisal, namely: Nanjing 5055, Ningjing 4, and Ningjing 5. The company's planting management technology for the participating varieties in the new variety demonstration base has won unanimous praise from the leaders and experts participating in the meeting.
